Dr. Natasha Matic is a global strategist with twenty-five years of experience in philanthropy, sustainability, and systems change. Natasha serves as the Executive Director of the Global Commons Alliance’s Accountability Accelerator (GCAA). GCAA aims to strengthen the accountability architecture and support organizations globally working to incentivize, enable and hold corporations accountable for setting science-based targets and delivering on their nature-related commitments.
Previously, Natasha served as the Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer at the King Khalid Foundation, a leading philanthropic institution in the MENA, working on building the local social development ecosystem and strengthening corporate sustainability practices.
Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Economic and Political Studies from Boston University and a Business Excellence degree from Columbia Business School. She is a Member of MIT’s Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and Foundation20’s Steering Committee.
