On April 20, 2022, global staffing and recruiting firm, PageGroup, released its 2021 Sustainability Report. AccountAbility CEO Mr. Sunil (Sunny) Misser’s commentary on the state of Sustainability / ESG and PageGroup’s recruiting services is featured on page 13 of the report, alongside remarks from Mr. Paul Webster, Managing Partner at Page Executive North America and AccountAbility’s primary Recruitment Consultant.
“In my 30 years in the consulting business, the awareness of Sustainability / ESG matters (risks and returns) in the C-Suite has never been higher. Stakeholders are no longer satisfied with output measures – instead, they are very much focused on impact,” said Mr. Misser. “At AccountAbility, we focus on delivering practical, effective, and enduring results that enable our clients to succeed.”
AccountAbility has established a strong partnership with Mr. Webster and his international team at PageGroup as the firm’s global reach of candidates and stance on ESG has proven effective in growing AccountAbility’s Sustainability / ESG Advisory team worldwide.
“Over the past few years, I have witnessed an incredible mindset change in clients’ business models and the types of roles they are recruiting for as the focus on sustainability progresses. AccountAbility’s work in this realm, including their vision and corporate values, is impressive by anyone’s standard and I am delighted to be partnering with them,” said Mr. Webster.
AccountAbility looks forward to continuing its partnership with PageGroup and advancing the Sustainability / ESG agenda of their clients.
