Participate in the revision of the world's first international standard for stakeholder engagement - AA1000SES
The next step is for the AA1000SES Technical Committee to meet in London on 24 March 2010 in order to review all input to date. A second consultation draft for public review and comment will be prepared and posted on the wiki for the second cycle of revision.
Key themes emerging from the 20+ consultation workshops that have taken place worldwide from Sao Paulo to Mumbai have been identified and are available to view and comment on the wiki site. The emerging themes as well as the recommendations from the individual consultation workshops will be considered by the Technical Committee during the review of the process.
Crucial to the success of the revision is the quality of participation in the revision. Please get involved and help set a new international benchmark in the following ways:
1. Register on the wiki by clicking the link at the top of homepage
2. Edit the standard directly, ensure the changes you want are included
3. Print off the standard. You can then review the draft standard in your own time, then go back and enter your edits or send your comments to AccountAbility.
4. Stimulate a discussion or debate by posting your thoughts on issues the new standard should tackle as well as your thoughts on the future role of stakeholder engagement.
