Jeremy brings nearly two decades of accounting and finance experience to the firm, having supported both early-stage ventures and established industry leaders across the media, athlete marketing, and licensing sectors. He is known for his ability to implement scalable processes and enhance operational efficiency, helping to build strong, forward-looking finance functions. Jeremy’s strengths lie not only in technical expertise but also in his ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower executive decision-making.
Before joining AccountAbility, Jeremy served as Controller at OneTeam Partners, a sports marketing and licensing company founded by the NFLPA and MLBPA to help professional athletes maximize their collective value. As the organization’s first full-time accounting and finance hire, he built and led core functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and audit and tax preparation. Previously, Jeremy held the role of Senior Director, Licensing Financial Operations & Analysis at Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI), one of the leading performance rights organizations in the U.S. There, he developed license fee models to support negotiations with major traditional media clients, including TV networks and radio stations. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was responsible for the accounting operations supporting the Music & Entertainment group at Viacom (now Paramount Global), overseeing financial activities for iconic brands such as MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, and Paramount Network.
Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Montclair State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University.
