Lev Novak currently serves as Acting Head of AccountAbility’s Marketing and Communications function, where he leads the strategy, development, and execution of global communications, content, and brand initiatives. Based in New York, Lev brings over a decade of experience shaping narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for leading organizations across consulting, financial services, technology, and public sector industries.
Lev has led high-impact communications and content strategy for global institutions including The Ford Motor Company, The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the United States Air Force Armament Directorate, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. His work spans major product launches, enterprise-wide brand transformations, and large-scale digital and AI-driven initiatives, often aligning complex stakeholder ecosystems across global markets.
Prior to joining AccountAbility, Lev held senior strategy roles at VML and other leading agencies, where he specialized in brand narrative development, UX and content strategy, and integrated marketing for complex, highly regulated, and emerging technology sectors. His experience includes leading multi-million-dollar engagements, managing distributed global teams, and delivering communications strategies that drive both reputational impact and measurable business outcomes.
