Chief Operating Officer
Jon Damon is Chief Operating Officer at AccountAbility, where he leads the Finance, Accounting, IT, Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations functions, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to drive global growth, strengthen operational performance, and expand international reach. In this role, Jon is also focused on corporate development and enhancing internal infrastructure to support scalable and sustainable operations.
Jon returns to AccountAbility after serving as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Purpose (Capgemini), a social-impact creative agency. At Purpose, he established new country offices, built core Finance, Accounting and Compliance systems, scaled the organization from 60 to 200 employees, and drove Mergers & Acquisitions — including overseeing Purpose’s acquisition by Capgemini and ensuring operational and editorial independence for Purpose.
With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Growth across advertising, consulting, media, and technology, Jon brings both technical depth and strategic breadth to the leadership team.
Jon holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
